    Return Policy

    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturer defect.

    • A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or wrong selection.

    How to Request a Return:

    1. Contact us via our return portal or customer support.

    2. Submit your return request within 3 days of delivery.

    3. Include a video proof of the product being unboxed (taken as soon as you open the package).

    4. Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup and process your return.


    Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed under the following terms:

    • A refund will only be initiated if the submitted video clearly shows the product is damaged or has a manufacturer defect.

    • Refunds are not applicable for reasons like product preference, sizing issues, or delayed delivery.

    • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

    Important:

    • Refund or return requests without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

    • Requests submitted after 3 days from the date of delivery will be rejected.
